Did you know that only 17.5% of high schools meet the suggested student to counselor ratio of 250:1 by the American School Counselor Association. Most schools in the United States have a student to counselor ratio of 411:1. RWA helps to bridge the gap in services for students who cannot afford costly college/career-prep courses. Donations allow our students to receive comprehensive college/career-prep services like high school counseling, one-on-one mentorship, career counseling, access to workshops, and a life-long network of support.
